Tim talks about a very important, if not the  most important, attribute a leader must have; listen. Not only listen, but listen with an open-mind to your people. This does not apply to just the owner or president of an organization, this applies to all leaders and to all aspects of life. Everyone is in some kind of leadership role in their life. This conversation was unplanned, but totally worth it.
