Maggie Nolting is an actress & athlete in Los Angeles. Today she opens up about losing her father to a sudden heart attack while in college.

If she's not on set, Maggie is running trails in Griffith Park or out sailing in the ocean. This Minneapolis native is a graduate of USC's School of Dramatic Arts. She is always active, whether it's leading pump-up chants, swimming, or doing yoga. 

Last year, Maggie broke her foot and crutched two half marathons - the fastest woman to ever do so.
