Lieutenant Colonel Oak McCulloch served in the United States Army for 23 years and retired as a soldier with a wide variety of leadership experience, from infantry operations in Operation Desert Storm to disaster relief support for Hurricanes Hugo and Andrew.

Over the length of that career, LtCol McCulloch gained a deep insight into what it takes to learn to be and to function as a leader. He wrote his new book, Your Leadership Legacy: Becoming the Leader You Were Meant to Be, to capture and distill all the knowledge gained during his life and during his Army career and beyond to help the next generation of leadership.
