Then, drawing on nearly 20 years of experience with thousands of clients, she plans the advertising tactics she is confident will achieve her client's desired results — whether it be attracting new customers, improving brand awareness and reputation, or increasing revenue. Once the media plan is in place, she and her team collaborate to develop memorable creative to drive the campaign.

Nicole grew up in Puerto Rico and then moved to Tampa, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Advertising from the University of South Florida.

Eagerly embracing all cultures and speaking and writing fluent English and Spanish, with competency in casual French, Nicole is an entrepreneur with a global mindset.

Her continuing education has included graduating from Harvard Business School Online (Disruptive Business Strategy) and the American Association of Advertising Agencies (Executive Leadership). She continues learning daily by devouring audiobooks on business skills, personal development, leadership, and peak performance.

Although biking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends are her joys, her daughter is, unquestionably and without equal, the great love of her life.
