Confidence in life is difficult enough. Now attaching that issue to trying to perfect and share your craft and we've got a real challenge!

Returning to the show for this one, I've got my friend William Fairbanks back on to share some thoughts with me pertaining to confidence. We talk about how confidence isn't a bad thing, who you surround yourself with plays into this, learning to believe in yourself more, embracing failure and simply learning to maintain a belief in one's self once you find it.
