On this 15 Minute Friday, Hanisha Patel returns to sit down with me again for the first time in 3 years. (Aside from her recent full episode repost!) In this one she's speaking on the topic of postpartum care for new mothers and what's missing in the conventional ways that have been in place for a while. This comes from going through her own postpartum experience after having a baby since she was last on the show! 

She shares what she believes is overlooked and why, the lack of follow up care that mothers seem to get, how symptoms are often looked over and the issue with it being dismissed as "that's just motherhood" and a lot more!
