This 15-minute somatic meditation with gentle movement is designed to help you release stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body through grounding, breath awareness, and mindful movement.
Through orienting practices, gentle rocking movement, soothing self-touch, and calming breath awareness, this guided practice supports the body in moving out of stress, tension, and overwhelm and returning to a state of calm, safety, and presence.
Somatic meditation works by bringing attention back into the body. When we slow down and notice physical sensation, the nervous system begins to soften, tension can release, and the body can return to its natural rhythm of balance.
This practice is not about performing or doing anything perfectly.
It is simply an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your body’s quiet wisdom.
✨ In this somatic meditation you will experience:
• Grounding and orienting practices to help the body feel safe
• Gentle rocking and fluid movement to release tension
• Somatic self-touch for comfort and body connection
• Breath awareness and affirmations to restore calm presence
🕊 Practice Length: ~15 minutes
🪷 Best For:
nervous system regulation • stress relief • grounding meditation • mindfulness • body awareness • somatic healing
“I am here.
I am safe.
I am love.” 🌿
