In today's episode, I share my journey with therapy and mental health. Growing up it therapy wasn't something my parents talked about or supported. A lot of the support and mental health advice given was around seeking God and prayer, but I knew I needed something else. I'm finally at a place where I am openly talking about my mental health needs with my family and working to remove this taboo that exists in our Latinx community.
