Write a letter to you, self audit, explore your past year and anticipate the new one coming. It's a nice moment of reflection and will help you as it does always help me focus on tomorrow with a positive outlook!
It might feel weird, writing to yourself. That’s okay. Just get to it. Talk about what really worked well for you last year. Did you make lasting changes that have brought major life improvements? Did you meet any of your 2015 goals? What excited you most? What awesome things happened?
Think about what didn’t work, too. Any bad habits, anything that got worse instead of better! Try to figure out why that happened. Can You change it? What’s causing you stress or pain or anxiety right now. Can you do something about it?

Write to yourself about the things you plan to keep doing, and how you plan to leverage those good things into even more good things in 2015. Do the same in reverse for the stress/pain/anxiety causing things. What can you do in 2015 to get rid of those things? Make a solid plan, in writing, promising yourself to follow a plan to change the things that aren’t working right now.
