As expected, partying in the streets of San Diego completely backfired in the face of Padres fans. Mookie Betts, not Fernando Tatis Jr., is the most exciting player in baseball. Dave Roberts' bullpen management and a shell of Kenley Jansen strike again, but these moments may end up being good things in the long run. A preview of the Atlanta Braves (an upgraded version of the Padres), endless hatred for the Houston Astros (of course), and the Spider-Verse (and hopefully Bruce Campbell) is coming to the MCU.
