「まだ、これから」の力　対　「今」の重圧

Let’s praise the process, not the result.

Let’s reward the “process of yet.”

結果ではなく過程を褒めよう。

「まだ」の過程を讃えよう。

In this way, we can give students greater confidence.

そうすることで生徒に自信をつけさせることができる。

Then we can transform the meaning of effort and difficulty.

Before, students said effort and difficulty made them feel dumb.

すると「努力」や「苦労」の意味を変化させることができる。

かつて「頑張ること」や「できる、できない」で評価されていた生徒は

自分を「能力がない」と感じていた、と述べている。

Children with a growth mindset would say;

“I love a challenge!”

“I hope this could be informative.”

成長思考を持つ子供たちは

「チャレンジすることが好き」

「ためになる内容だったらいいな」と言う。

Let’s build a place filled with “yet.”

「まだ」「これから」がいっぱいの環境を作りましょう。
