There’s a lot we’ve all learned this year. Aside from how to make the perfect sourdough loaf, 2021 has taught us the value of good mates and a good boogie. Luckily for all of us this NYE, we can have both. A tonne of restaurants and bars have reopened these past few months and are already gearing up for a roaring night of celebrations. This year also marks the return of both the 9pm and 12am Sydney Harbour fireworks—so there’s a great reason to stay up past midnight.
