In this episode, I'm going to give you 15 quick tips for living a happier life. Now let me add a little caveat … these tips are for people who are not in the midst of a traumatic life event. However, even in the midst of pain we can practice everyday things that can at least lift our state of being temporarily. So even if you are in the midst of something right now, this episode can serve you. Here's what I mean by a happier life… having an emotional state that includes feelings of joy, satisfaction, contentment and fulfilment. It's basically that overall experience of having more positive feelings and negative feelings in our day-to-day life. And seriously who does not want that. So if you want some quick tips on how to experience more happiness in your life then this episode is for you.
