This week we have Raylene Proto, President and CEO of Ditale Outdoors on the podcast. Raylene is not only an outdoorswoman. She is also an experienced industry executive and Founder & CEO of Ditale Outdoors. Ditale (dĕ-tall-ee) is Raylene’s great grandmother’s, Mary, maiden name. Mary Ditale was assertive, supportive, and adventurous survivor that immigrated the United States in the early 20th century. Like Raylene, Audrey, and Summer, these are the ingredients for the making of a modern female outdoorswoman. Thus Ditale Outdoors was born.

Hunting and fishing are more than just killing and sport. It’s family, friends, and being outside. It’s enjoying the quiet and getting to seeing what’s out there. It’s experiencing wild places and testing yourself against nature. We were born to explore, hunt, and gather. These are our adventures in the outdoors!
