Reiner gives tips for life past thirty, Brittany describes what a flute is, and Catherine reads! Some of our conversations center around identifying and changing your own toxic traits, friendship break ups, Mendelssohn's Midsummer Night's Dream excerpts, and your sense of self (especially for musicians). We do dip a little into politics this episode, but we also have some South Park and The Office references to balance that out.
