What better way to bring back the show then talk about Thanksgiving? I love Thanksgiving for many reasons – family, friends, great food, fall, and knowing Christmas is starting this weekend – these are just some of my personal favorites. But I like Thanksgiving for the lessons it has for us – the focus on gratitude and the focus on the present. 2022 has had many challenges for me as well and it has been hard. So on today's short episode I'm going to lighten it up a little and talk about 15 things I'm thankful for this year.
