Trauma re-lives our harmful past. As exhausting as this can be,  it is key to our evolution as it allows us to look a little further withIN that trauma, and release some of the programming from separation and judgement. Deep emotional issues come up to be processed and resolved. I discuss the root of trauma and the entities that influence this imbalance. This process is especially vital when we feel separated from the soul.
