The Bible says, "Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks."

In todays lingo, that means whatever is in our hearts reflects the words and language that comes out of our mouths.

This is one of favorites Bible verses because it's such a powerful point of self reflection. And as we start this new year, what better way than to let go our negative speech patterns that play into our limiting beliefs!
