Claudia is passionate about working with individuals and couples during a significant life transition, such as retirement, starting or selling a business, changing marital status, or losing a loved one. When working with clients, she discovers their individual needs and deeply understands their unique situations so that they can collaboratively work to design creative and effective plans and solutions.
Her clients make themselves readily accessible and provide steadfast support, especially during life transitions.
Born and raised in Germany, Claudia earned her M.A. in Teaching English and French from the Georg-August University of Göttingen, followed by a Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics from the Technical University of Braunschweig Carolo-Wilhelmina in Germany. She spent her previous academic career in adult education teaching linguistics and English to international students in both in Germany and the U.S. Prior to joining Financial Reserve in 2016, she worked with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Claudia has four sons.
