I talk to a good friend of mine, Mr Robert Zuchini. Yes, his real name is Zuchini. Rob is the AGM of a upscale hotel in Hollywood, I can't say the name of the hotel because of a potential confidentiality clause in his contract. Rob and I talk about the challenges of being a hotel/restaurant manager, the beauties of LA, how culturally diverse the city is, and he shares some interesting stories about his line of work.
