Meant to Bloom: because burnout shouldn't be your baseline

151 | Becoming confident in your identity (letting go of who you thought you were)

Listen Later

You’re sitting here doubting your worth again. It’s become your comfort zone. You might be believing there’s no other way to live anymore. It can feel terrifying to step out of this comfort zone, it’s new, it’s unknown, and that’s scary.

Letting go of who you think you are is a process. It’s a give and take. It’s a back and forth. It’s a path with peaks and valleys.

It’s a leap of faith, stepping from your comfort zone of self doubt into the uncertainty of questioning your identity.

If you really knew who you are, you wouldn’t doubt yourself for a second, you wouldn’t doubt anything at all. Unfortunately, we are often quick to forget after making the discovery of who we are. It’s a process, and this is just the beginning.

In this episode we’re chatting about

⭐deconstructing what you know about yourself

⭐tearing down the walls that block joy and love

⭐realizing who you are at the core of yourself
