Today's episode of my viral meningitis recovery journal was recorded on 14/01/21. It is my birthday today. Exactly 58 years ago I was welcomed into this world. I'm so grateful that I have reached this stage in my life and I'm still excited about the future. Today I reflect on what it is like being a Black female manager with a chronic illness.
