I have the pleasure of talking to Janet Gourand, the founder of Tribe Sober. In Janet's words:
Tribe Sober’s mission is to inspire an alcohol-free life.
Over the last 5 years, we have built a community of people who are changing their relationship
with alcohol. We have sober people, people who are struggling, people who are well on their way and
of course newbies. The beautiful thing is we are all helping each other to get (or stay) on track.
We provide workshops, coaching and challenges – but most of all we offer community.
Connection is the opposite of addiction and that’s why having a tribe works so well.
Our community is based on a membership program that offers a Chatroom, a Zoom Cafe, Sober Buddies, a Library, a Yoga Studio, Nutritional and Medical advice – and much more...
