DEI is systemic racism and the white middle class is the most oppressed group in this country. If you're a young white male, your chances of getting a job with a tech company or finance firm are about as good as finding a single 20-something dingle girl who hates communism and taxes, but loves MMA, the Flag and breaking the speed limit.
