She was trained in London by a former member of Her Majesty The Queen's household staff, and has created her own etiquette courses, including "The Duchess Effect." She has written two books, Modern Etiquette Made Easy: A Five-Step Method to Mastering Etiquette and Business Etiquette Made Easy: The Essential Guide to Professional Success.
