I run my own consulting firm that focuses on sharpening individual and collective business effectivenes through strategy and emotional intelligence.

Starting my career as a school teacher working in different countries, I then moved in the business world working for an energy company (via a stint trying my hand as a journalist and working for the police]. I then moved into strategy consulting which took me to work with numerous clients. Eventually I took the leap to leverage all my experience to set up my own firm helping other businesses improve their effectiveness.
