Diversity in business is a very current topic, however one area that is often overlooked when it comes to talking about diversity is neurodiversity and, with estimates putting the number of people considered Neurodivergent at 1 in 7 in Ireland there’s a lot to learn. Jeanette Delahunty, Owner of TSK Academy Ltd spoke with John about neurodiversity, understanding what it means and explains more about hidden disabilities. She also chatted about how her business works with organisations to provide support and education about neurodiversity in the workplace.
