It's Day 21 of ADHD Awareness Month 2016!
Black & white thinking is a common thing with folks that have ADHD.
It has to do with seeing things as a whole rather than in parts. Things and even situations become all or nothing, always or never, yes or no, wonderful or horrible.
The world of grey, of details, of degrees are not as obvious.
LARRY'S AWESOME QUOTE:
"If there's a glimmer of hope I can do it. If I feel I can't do it, why waste my time suffering on something, let me do something else."
My guest Larry is a gifted storyteller, so enjoy the show. We touch on immediate gratification as well.
