Joao Andrade, family man, former biotech CEO, Business graduate, and ultra runner. An incredibly talented, motivated, disciplined ultra runner who is nearly as smart as he is crazy. Why crazy? Because Joao was a runner in the Badwater 135 2021 race. One of the most difficult, challenging ultra-marathons in the world. 135 miles, in death valley California, on the hottest day of the year (between 100-120 degrees Fahrenheit or 38-48 Celcius), a hundred runners gather to test their grit and discipline.

That’s not all though, Joao has run many more ultra marathons, he’s devoted so much of his life to building great businesses and today he shares the principles and values that motivate him to push harder, further, and faster.
