Randy DeLue became a vegetarian at the age of 19. He is also a graduate of SDSU and has over 25 years of experience in health and wellness.

Ingrid Meza was born in Mexico City, but spent most of her early years in El Salvador. She attended the UABC University in Ensenada, where she studied Marine Biology.

Together, the couple have taken their talents and experience and combined them together to form the San Diego vegan restaurant, Jai Fusion!
