On this final stop of the tour, Keith visits with Dave Rogers, who is the Top Dog Coordinator at Cathcart Elementary School in Snohomish, Washington. He also spends some time at the Washington State PTA Region #5 Leadership Training Conference in Puyallup, Washington.
