Let’s Reflect on Q1 and Q2
Set Clear Goals for Q3 and Q4
THE FIVE THINGS:
#1: Audit your current offerings. What’s doing well?
What’s making you the most money?
What’s taking the most of your time?
What are you enjoying the most?
what do you need to add? take away? maintain?
#2: Promotion Periods + Enrollments
I put those dates on the calendar. I know exactly when we re-open 24 hour business builder, I know exactly when our course drops, I know exactly which days I’ll be pushing the reels membership. Put those dates down + make content accordingly!
#3: Sales Goals
know exactly how many students you want to take through your programs + exactly how many pitches you need to do.If you go through 24 hour business builder, you’ll know this too. We set DIALED in KPIs; but for right now, here’s something simple… if you know you want to sign 10 clients, and you know you close 1 in 3 calls, you can then say that you need to book 30 sales calls between now and the end of the year.
We’ve got systems that help us track those numbers and make sure we’re on it. It’s not a mystery. I promise.
#4: Collaborations
Who do you want to collaborate with?
#5: Self Care & Time Off
I already know when I’m taking a day off. I know which days I’m not taking calls. I know which days I’m not even going to be in my DMs. To get clear on this, look at your launches, collaborations, and sales goals + figure out when you might need the time to rest, play, or recharge. I booked massages for both my launch weeks. I have my birthday plans. I have the dates blocked out where I’m going to be moving/out of office, right? Plan accordingly. Make your business fit your life, not the other way around!
Reminder: FYC (Flood Your Calendar, Our Newest Course) is on pre-sale july 1-5!
