Get ready to have nightmares about freakishly flappy turtle mouths as we look back on an obnoxious, cash-in, nostalgia inducing, wonder of a film, that launched the career of a young Sam Rockwell. The dialogue is overwhelmingly 90s, the soundtrack is weirdly 80s, the fight scenes are surprisingly good but all-in-all, it's a film where none of the main characters ever need to interact with one-another.
