it's easy to overlook the impact we have on the people around us. I'm often so focused on how I am affected by my environment and how the people around me perceive me that I don't recognize my impact.

why do we struggle to say exactly what we're thinking sometimes? 

we can choose to lovingly acknowledge how we are without shaming and blaming ourselves. living authentically takes courage.
