Chef Justin Cogley is the Executive Chef of Aubergine in Carmel CA. He is a Michelin Starred, James Beard nominee, and won Best New Chef in 2013 by Food & Wine Magazine. I met him When we did the 12 Days of Christmas event at Meadowood. I remembered we got along very well, and it's an honor to finally sit down with him on Sucio Talk.
