What if you are stronger than you think you are? Capable of more than you currently believe? What if the thoughts of your inner critic are not only a misguided attempt to keep you safe, but outright lies when it comes to your own potential?
This has been my experience in all of the goals I've set, but the challenge that I took on that proved that we are all capable of so much more than our own minds can perceive was running a 50 mile ultramarathon for the first time in 2022, and now for the second time in 2023.
Last year was all about breaking the barriers of what was possible for me. This year, I knew that running 50 miles was possible, so I had no idea what to expect from this race, and it did not disappoint.
I'm sharing the story of the 50 mile adventure with you and of course the valuable life lessons that came along with it. Join me as we explore how doing hard things propels us to discover and embrace our true potential.
You'll be able to apply these lessons to your own goals, overcoming low mindsets, shattering the limiting beliefs of your inner critic, staying present amid challenge, moving through discomfort, and digging deep.
