#156: Local Anesthesia: Basic Pharmacology
Providing patient local anesthesia is a gift from the advocacy gods of the profession! Never take it for granted that you are able to provide this for your patients. In this episode we will take a look at one of the most important considerations of using local anesthesia on a patient - vasoconstrictors, specifically your good friend epinephrine! It is important to understand the workings of epinephrine as well as the precautions for use.
