Through partnership with two state agencies, the Indiana Department of Education and the Indiana Commission for Higher Education, Ivy Tech Community College is embarking upon, not one, but two initiatives this summer that will help high school students and recent graduates achieve post-secondary success.

The first initiative is "Crossing the Finish Line" which focuses on assisting high school students and recent graduates complete remaining coursework needed to secure a short-term certificate or degree this summer.

The second initiative is "Bridging the Gap" which focuses on assisting high school students, identified as not meeting certain college readiness benchmarks, to "bridge" from high school to college.
