When we're pregnant, I feel like we hear so much information about what we should and shouldn't eat. We need more folate, more choline, more iron, etc. All of this is important for us to know so that we can be proactive and have a healthy pregnancy and grow a healthy baby. But have you heard much about your nutritional needs when you are postpartum? I haven't. And this is one of the times in life when you need even more vitamins and nutrients for your body to aid in your recovery and nourish your baby. This is why I had to talk to the incredible dieticians, Ashley and Diana, who focus on postpartum nutrition. They're answering our questions and sharing details on what new moms need to know!
