Today, we bring on a very special guest, John Cerasani, an incredible entrepreneur, salesman and father. John always had an entrepreneurial spirit, so when he was denied a raise at an insurance company he was working for, he decided it was time to found his own business… right from his kitchen table. As all glamorous stories go, John started at home at a tiny table. John built a powerhouse insurance company that was ultimately purchased by a large private equity player. After the purchase, John helped the new owner to get integrated into the business over the next five years, during this time, he was able to learn more about what it looks like on the private equity acquisition side of things.

In 2020, John founded Glencrest Global a Venture Capital company focusing on funding companies at various stages. The company funds anywhere from $100,000-$3,500,000 in investments. Johns found great success in the venture capital space and has proven himself to be a business leader who constantly strives to better himself and those around him.
