Katy Chan is the co-owner of several cafes in Toronto, a grocery delivery service and now a new bakery. Well before there was a podcast and a restaurant, Steph and Katy were the best of friends during elementary school. Our days of youth have clearly brought us to exactly where we are meant to be today. Katy is an incredibly creative soul who has never felt compelled to follow a path laid before her. Instead, she has followed her heart and her desire to spend her days, her way. This has taken her to design school, culinary school, all over the world and right back to downtown Toronto!
