My guest today is Aren Bahia. Aren is a serial entrepreneur here in Bali.

He is the co-founder of Yogilab. YogiLab is an online platform devoted to personal development, meditation, yoga, breathwork, high-performance, and growth in every way.  It was highly recommended to me, so I look forward to checking it out, I will put links in the show notes so you guys can do so.

Aren is also the founder of Karma House Bali and Conscious Arts Tattoo. Which is a tattoo shop with western standards of quality, which is hard to find in southeast Asia.
