When Dellen Millard and Mark Smich were charged with the murder of Tim Bosma, investigators had another look at two other cases connected to Millard. Laura Babcock disappeared in the summer of 2012, and Millard was the last person she had contact with. Millard’s father, Wayne’s suicide was also found to be a homicide. Was there any limit to the ruthlessness of Dellen Millard and his sidekick Mark Smich?
