In this episode I'll share a few thoughts about the power of a thought and how to develop the most important muscle we have...the muscle of the mind. It's ok if we feel like our mind gravitates to negative thinking...this is natural! Just as a weight is pulled down by gravity, our mind is constantly being pulled down by negativity. This actually is what helps create the resistance needed to develop mental strength...The same process that helps develop a muscle in the body, is what can help us develop the muscle of the mind.
