Julian's Daily Audio Blog (DAB) Podcast #158

Last weekend I was with Dieter, a friend of mine from Munich. I had not seen him in quite a while so we spent the entire afternoon catching up on things, talking business and having discussions on all kinds of matters. It was great because he loves to hold a strong standpoint just as much as I do. We then came to the topic of selling things, and he asked me why I had never tried to sell my apartments. Initially I wanted to shrug it off, as I love to have my rental income, but then he said something that made me reconsider that (and have me put one apartment up for sale as a test) - and I wanted to share with you what I realised that very moment!
