Today on the podcast I have Transformational Healing Mentor and Spiritual Guru Amy Rushworth and WOW - this episode is epic!  I have been following Amy for a while and I have always admired her approach to business and life and really wanted to sit down and have a chat about spirituality in business, which we did cover, but the conversation became something so much deeper and powerful than I ever imagined and I am so excited to share it with you.

 

Having a really tough time in her 20’s, Amy hit rock bottom.  She very openly shares her journey and struggles with PTSD and how her breakdown lead to the breakthrough.  By breaking down her identity, learning to heal and trusting her intuition, it lead her all the way around the world to England where she started to help others do exactly the same.

 

We also covered the journey someone goes through from firstly identifying the root causes of physical or emotional pain and where it is coming from (perhaps the roots are further back than you realise).  We then cover how important the inner work is and making shifts between your current identity and where you want to be now.  Amy explains breath work and how transformational this can be in your growth.  Finally, we cover the breakthrough, the results and what it looks like to live a life that is full of pure joy!

 

We also cover the labels of feminine and masculine, yin and yang, how to get out of your ‘human suit’, drop in, take a biiiig breath and feel bloody worthy! Amy also goes into detail around prosperity and abundance, what it means and how to live a life that serves you and the world through pure abundance (and why it’s totally ok to be bougie and abundant)!

 

Finally to finish, we covered Amy’s journey in business in a spiritual space.  How she has let go and accepted herself completely for who she is, and how that in itself is a magnet for the right people.  She shares how her business has been an evolution and how her audience has come on the journey as well and how to be successful if you just follow your truth.
