The hardest part about buying properties out of state is finding the right team. Working with the right people can mean the difference between succeeding with monthly cashflow or failing and never wanting to buy another property again. Once you decide on your target location and find the right team members, it’s just a matter of being able to properly evaluate deals and waiting until you find the right one.
