We did a pole last week on Instagram asking you how you feel about compliments, what compliments you like receiving AND do you have a tendency to deflect compliments. Today is day 1 of our weeks worth of conversations about compliments. Today we pick apart the idea that you may have a bad habit of not hearing compliments that you regularly hear because they become templated or common to you. If that's you, do you have the same tendency when it comes to criticism or do you store criticism more willingly?
