Self-care was the hardest thing for me in my leadership. Who has time for that? But when I read a book by Parker Palmer and he helped me to reframe why I needed self-care, this strategic, efficiency-driven leader changed her tune to self-care— study it, find it, practice it, and encourage it. I want to pass along some tips to you for finding better, more rejuvenating self-care for you and your team.
