This podcast introduces three types of thoughts:

Compulsive Thinking: is the thoughts that runs in our minds all day without our permissions. They prevent us from integrating and becoming one with the flow that comes from our soul

Creative Thinking or Intentional Thinking: Are those thoughts that are directed by our intentions. They help us integrate with our being.

Insights: They are not thoughts; they are energy but we may translate those thoughts into words. We don’t create insights, we receive them. We open the door for them and leave it open because we don’t know when they will come.
